Please note you need to CONFIRM THE ARRIVAL TIME, and credit card information and a VALID PHONE NUMBER directly to the property in order to confirm the booking. The payment of the reservation must be done directly to the property 3 days before the check-in (and it is not refundable), OTHERWISE, THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.

All the payments are online before the arrival, this is the condition to confirm the bookings.

In case of NON-REFUNDABLE bookings, we will send you a link by email and this is the only payment method accepted. The payment needs to be made on the same day of the booking confirmation. Failure to pay through the provided link will result in .

For standard rates, this property will charge the total amount of the booking 3 days before arrival (end of the free cancellation period). In case of unsuccessful payment, the booking will be cancelled.

All the information regarding the floor/bell of the accommodation will be given after confirming the arrival time.

The payment will be made by the hostel when the free cancellation ends.

Breakfast is charged at 5 euros the luggage deposit costs ten euros per person.
