PodShare Hollywood is custom built. You won't stay in a place like this anywhere else in the world. Live and work in the same space with other travelers. Watch Netflix or Hulu on any of the flat screen monitors, use the Mac computers, play Xbox, enjoy the surround sound music, cook in the full kitchen or enjoy the large bathroom. If you need a place to host a meeting, or record audio / Skype interview in the soundbooth, then this place is perfect for you!

CENTRAL LOCATION: PodShare is off of Hollywood Blvd so:
Turn left: the Walk of Fame, go to Jimmy Kimmel Live, Ripley's Believe it or Not etc.
Turn right: local theater, Amoaba music, restaurants and bars that real LA locals frequent

24HR ACCESS: We have our own entrance on the ground floor (storefront) with keypad system so no curfew! On-site staff is here to help.

COST: $50 for a single person Twin (tax not included)

We also have private lockers, charging station for small devices, WIFI and a bike to borrow.

Went to check-in and the Hostel had the doors wide open, and the guest were homeless locals. I’m not sure how they have as high as rating as they do given the condition of the place and smell of the place.. try calling the phone number written to check in since there was no staff on site and the number hangs up when you call it and just beeps like a disconnected number. I tried calling multiple times on different days.

Appreciated the staff’s help and flexibility, the space was generally pleasant, and I loved being walking distance from so many good Hollywood spots! I did wish there were privacy curtains for the bunks, since I was accustomed to that at other hostel stays, but the enclosed pod I ended up in was cozy. My only real complaint: I could not get hot water to come out of the faucet or shower in the front restroom, even after letting it run several minutes.

The PodShare hostel is in a very good location. Right on the Walk of Fame, walkable to the attractions on the road and the metro red line too. The hostel is very clean and aesthetically designed. It gives a good vibe in the hostel. A decent bed, nice kitchen and bathroom. In fact, there are 2 kitchens and bathrooms available.
