Please note:
• We do our absolute best to provide all the information you need before you stay with us. Your booking is subject to our terms and following house rules.
• No TVs, music etc is on purpose, so please don't listen to your own stuff on speaker.
• Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Verandah/deck outside areas are off limits for anything other than total silence after 10pm.
• We have a maximum total stay of 7 nights. Multiple bookings do not change this policy. We are best suited to short term visitors not long-term travelers.
• Full house private rentals are for all ages. Individual guesthouse bookings are 16yrs+ (18yrs+ for shared dorms).
• We need a mobile phone contact, especially in case of emergency (or you forget to return your keys).
• Keys not returned to the office by checkout incur a $50 charge; lost keys incur a $250 charge.
• We have a contactless self-check-in process to give our guests maximum flexibility.
• From 1 January 2026, we will be 100% smoke / vape free. No smoking anywhere on the property, unless you have a full house private rental.
• Hostelworld have advised us to advise this in our terms, despite the platform being different: Full payment is processed before check-in in NOT "ON ARRIVAL". We will authorize your card 3 days before check-in to allow for any issues and capture payment 2 days before arrival, when we enter our non-refundable period.
• Your payment to us is 100% refundable up until 2 days before check-in. The non-refundable period applies to the entire booking. For example, if you're check in on the 10th, then you have until the night of the 7th to cancel for free. From the 8th, it will become non-refundable.
