The a&o Wien Hauptbahnhof offers modern rooms in various categories. As newly built house guests can enjoy the familiar a&o standard guests of the hotel part with single, double and family rooms. The hostel part offers shared rooms from 4 to 6 beds. We also provide all visitors with a rich all you can eat breakfast and a good mood!
The a&o Wien Hauptbahnhof is located just 100 meters from the future railway station where parts of the operation run since the summer of 2012 and will be fully operational in 2015. With this perfect connection the historic city centre with its numerous sights can be reached by foot in just a few minutes. Die central location of the hostel and hotel is ideal for those arriving by car or train.

“cleaning” was just taking our trash, no facilities were wiped down or beds changed. supposed to be female only dorm, was not, had males booked in the same room. understaffed at all times. terrible organization. locker doors broken. no bed labels. constant loud noises and rowdy underage groups roaming the halls all night

Rooms were dirty, shower did not drain, kitchen was unclean, and most lockers did not lock. Check in took longer than expected due to staff shortages despite there being check in machines. Booked for 2 people, but when showed up only one bed was free. Staff were rude when we asked to change and made it seem as though we were being an inconvenience even though it wasn’t our fault. When we got to our new room there were no sheets on the bed. Went to ask reception but there was no one there.

Unacceptable. I stayed for 3 days and they didn’t clean the room at all; they only took out the trash. Furthermore, on the last night, I fell ill and was vomiting, so I asked for a small plastic bag. The person in charge told me he didn’t have the keys to the housekeeping area to get one for me. Luckily, I had one among my own belongings. He essentially told me that if I had vomited inside the room, we would have just had to wait until the next day for it to be cleaned. Unacceptable, once again.
