Important to Know:
-Loud Music: Expect lively music until 2 AM. If you prefer a quieter stay, consider our other locations—Rehab Hostel or Blanco Central—just a few minutes
away from the beach.
-Beachfront Sand: While we do our best to keep sand out, being right on the beach means some sand might find its way into your room.

Reservation Changes & Assistance:
-If you need to make changes to your reservation or require assistance, please feel free to email or call us.

On Arrival:
-Check-In Process: Please provide our Reception with your booking name and passport. If you're part of a group, have everyone's passports ready.
-Passports are required at check-in and will be kept for the duration of your stay. No other form of ID will be accepted.

Group Bookings:
-For large group bookings made 1-3 days before arrival, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be in the same room, especially for 4 or 6-bed dorms. Please email us after booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your group together.
-We do not accept group bookings that do not fill the dorm room completely (e.g., 3 people booking 4 beds in a 4-bed dorm). Please book the exact number of beds you need.

Reception Hours:
-Our Reception is open from 8am to 8pm.
-You can check into your room at 2pm, but if you arrive earlier, feel free to leave your bags with us, relax in our air-conditioned Netflix lounge, hang out at
the bar, or use the showers and bathrooms to freshen up.
-Check-out time is 11am.

Getting Here:
To reach Koh Phi Phi, you can take a ferry from:
-Phuket Town: Rassada Pier
-Krabi Town: Klong Jilad Pier
-Ao Nang Beach (Krabi)
-Koh Lanta
You’ll arrive at Tonsai Pier in Koh Phi Phi.

From Tonsai Pier:
-Exit the pier and walk straight ahead down the road.
-Continue straight until you reach the beach at Loh Dalam Bay.
-Turn right and walk along the beach until you reach Blanco, located just after Stones Bar after Ibiza
-Please note, there are no cars or motorbikes on the island, so walking is the only option. If you have a lot of luggage, you can hire a taxi cart at the pier to
help carry your bags on a wheeled cart.

-Safety Lockers: Available for your valuables (please bring your own lock).
-Security: We have CCTV and 24/7 security guards to ensure your safety.

Additional Facilities:
-Hot Showers: Located upstairs, with facilities cleaned multiple times a day.
-Travel Information Office: Conveniently book ferries or any of our amazing tours right onsite.

We recommend booking for 3 nights in advance as this means you won't be put out if you try to extend and we are fully booked (extending each morning is a hassle for everyone!) If we are full, then look at staying at one of our other hostel, Rehab Hostel or Blanco Central Hostel,which are both right around the corner.

Terms & Conditions
-Reception Hours: Open from 8am to 8pm. 24-hour security is provided.
-Payment: We only accept cash payments upon check-in.
-Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available with at least 3 days' advance notice.
-ID Requirement: Passports are required at check-in and are kept for the duration of your stay. No other form of ID is accepted.
-Group Bookings: No group bookings with empty beds. Please book the exact number of beds you need.
-Age Policy: Guests must be between 18 and 35 years old.
-Party Hostel: We are a party hostel. Loud music is played until 2am every night, and the bar remains open until 3am.
