Hidden in the lush Sierra Nevada mountains, Carpe Diem is a true gem for hiking and relaxation lovers. We offer three swimming pools with mountain views, direct access to the river, and endless hiking trails right from our doorstep. With daily yoga sessions and dance classes, and a cozy jungle bar right next to the pool, it’s easy to connect with fellow travelers.

**IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: Geographically we are located in the Minca area but our exact location is the ECO-VILLAGE of Paso del Mango, a beautiful tropical valley crossed by two rivers. The landscape is the same but less people and perhaps more wild nature compared to Minca.

**EASY TO GET HERE:

PUBLIC TRANSPORT FROM SANTA MARTA: Take a bus (2500 COP, 45 min.) or taxi (18.000 COP, 25 min) direction Tayrona and get off in Bonda (Police station, see also picture). Here you need to take a motorbike (25.000 COP, 15 min.) and go up a small bumpy road to reach Finca Carpe Diem higher up in the mountains. So do not take bus/taxi to Minca town center to visit us, rather travel straight Santa Marta - Bonda - Paso del Mango (total 50 min).

DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE (OR TAXI): We can offer private transportation for 160,000 pesos for the whole car from any place in Santa Marta or 140,000 from Bonda and for 190,000 from the airport. Contact our whatsapp (only text: 3170117195).

If you come from Tayrona then take a bus heading to Santa Marta and get off at Bonda. From here get to Carpe Diem as stated in the previous paragraph.

Cancellation Policy : you can cancel for free until 2 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival.

Accommodation prices do not include VAT. This tax applies only to Colombian nationals and individuals with a Colombian ID card or residency. The 19% will be added at the time of payment.
