Conditions:

Our prices are per person (except for the private suites) and include: fresh bed linen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to all common areas. For dorm bookings, a fresh bed linen kit is handed out directly at check-in.

A magnificent, fresh breakfast is available daily between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM for an additional charge.

Reservation Guarantee:
- To guarantee your booking, we require a 50% deposit for early reservations (100% deposit for single-night stays). Please note this bank deposit option is only available to those with a Brazilian bank account.
- We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and Pix. The remaining balance must be settled in full upon check-in. We do not accept checks.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to guarantee a full refund of your deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

Early Departure / Partial Cancellation:
- If you choose to shorten your stay after checking in, no refunds will be issued for the remaining days, and any outstanding balance must be settled before checkout.

Check-in & Check-out:
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: Until 12:00 PM (noon)

Important Rules:
- Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and can only be accommodated in private suites.
