La Palapa Hut Nature Hostel is a premium, nature‑immersed hostel located within Chosa Manglar — the world’s first recognized Tropical Urban Park. We offer simple private rooms and shared dorms surrounded by shaded gardens, ponds, and wildlife corridors that bring the natural rhythms of Puerto Jiménez directly into the property.
This is an affordable base for students, backpackers, and educational groups who want immediate access to both nature and the village. Guests share open communal spaces, a basic kitchen, outdoor seating areas, and safe enclosed grounds ideal for group travel.
Being inside the Tropical Urban Park means guests experience an authentic ecological atmosphere — morning birdsong, butterflies in the gardens, and the calm presence of the surrounding forest, mangrove, and freshwater habitats.
