Overall good experience. Only complaint is the staff were not super helpful (no tour desk or airport shuttle). There was also no breakfast or coffee (or maybe I didn’t know where to find them..) the facility was cleaned daily and lots of space to relax and unwind. Not the best location - would not recommend going out after dark.

Very social. Was nice as I met a few english speakers. The building is old and quite run down so it didn't feel very clean but the stafg generally seem to do a good job. The thing that bothered me was sleep. it was noisy, all the time. I could also feel the springs of my mattress. I would recommend this place to young single travellers who are outgoing and sleep easily. Just don't go to their sponsor bar in bella vista.......

Not great to be honest, very loud at night and toilets needed a serious clean. Couldn’t close the fire to our room , and a man walked in in the middle of the night and turned on our main light.
