Home16 is a small, friendly guesthouse tucked away in the Sukhumvit 16 area of Bangkok. Surrounded by tropical plants and a relaxed garden atmosphere, our place is designed for travelers who want to stay close to the energy of Sukhumvit while still having a peaceful and comfortable place to come home to.

We are not a large hotel or a party hostel. Home16 has a more personal, laid-back atmosphere where guests can slow down, relax and enjoy a little green space in the middle of the city.

We offer a mix of private rooms and dormitory accommodation, making Home16 suitable for solo travelers, couples, friends and longer-stay guests. Rooms are simple, comfortable and individually styled, with air conditioning and the essentials you need for a pleasant stay. Depending on the room type, private and shared bathroom options are available.

One of our favorite parts of Home16 is the lush communal garden and outdoor area. Our location in Sukhumvit Soi 16 gives you convenient access to the Sukhumvit area, while the property itself is tucked away from the busiest streets. From here, you can explore Bangkok's restaurants, cafés, shopping malls, nightlife and local neighborhoods, and then return to a quieter environment at the end of the day.

Amazing stay, had a private room and was definitely worth the money. It’s not very social, but that may be because of the season. The location is good, with many local restaurants and shops etc in walking distance. Would definitely recommend for a quieter stay in Bangkok 🥰

It's cosy and quiet, but it can be social if you want. It's a little walk to the MRT and SkyTrain, as well as to the more busy parts. But I guess that's a choice you make when booking this hostel
