Welcome to Time Travelers Party Hostel in Hongdae!

Our open basement bar, fully stocked with Soju and beer, is the perfect place to either relax after a long day exploring Seoul or to prepare for a big night out in Hongdae. Our staffs can make recommendations on the best places to go!

Traveling Alone? No problem. Every night travelers get together in our basement bar and head out to Hongdae. The staffs are even known to join in some nights.

Authentic Korean food: Join us for our weekly Friday Korean BBQ dinner with unlimited Soju and our home cooked weekday meal.

Fun Area: Time Travelers is 7-minute away from the Hongdae area which is known for its hip bars, numerous clubs, amazing food, and live street performances.

Convenient Location: Time Travelers is 5-minute away from the Hongik University Subway Station and the Airport train line (Incheon International and Gimpo Airports), Line 2 and Gyungui lines making it easy to get here with a suitcase and a great jumping off point for many other attractions in Seoul.

We provide free Wi-Fi and hair dryers. Lockers are available for a flat 1,000 won, with a deposit of 10,000 won. We also provide a laundry service for only 5,000 won.

Good place to stay with tight budget. The owner and his tream made their best effort to keep it well I felt and they were so kind to me and all the other guests. Recommendable for the travelers who are looking to socialize and meet new people.

To summarize, this place is very cheep, so I guess you get what you pay for. Some staff was nice but some very nonchalant. Rooms where dirty with dust under the beds where you keep your luggage and mold in the corners. One toilet didn't work and was overflowing. What I was most disappointed on tho was that there was zero party vibes. The only common area was at the reception which is separated from the dorms so nobody pass by there. No cozy lights or music to create a friendly social vibe.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is disgusting and the people are awful. Everyone staying at the hostel was a brain-dead Western tourist with no regard for the people around them. I was unable to fall asleep because the hostel was full of loud drunk people who wouldn't settle down until three or four in the morning. Every time the door opened it sounded like someone was banging on it, one of the toilets was clogged the entire time I was there, and there was no hot water in the showers.
