La Casona Hostel is loctaed in Playa Bonita, km 7,5 of Bustillo Av. A really nice spot outside the city center for people that want to enjoy a quiet place sorrounded by nature and the best restaurants and breweries in the area. We are a beach house, so you can go to island across the lake by SUP for example.

Just a few steps walking you can get to one of the most incredible beaches in Bariloche and do all the activities offered by the Nahuel Huapi lake as kayaking, sups, fishing, kitesurfing, windsurfing among others.

The Hostel offers private and shared rooms with amazing views to the lake and a shared balcony where you can enjoy the best sunsets in Bariloche. We have a 1800 mts2 yard with a grill to enjoy the property.

Breakfast is included in the fee as well as linens and towel service. There is free lugagge storge and parking. Pick up from the airport and bus station can be provided if needed. Rental of Bikes, Kayak, SUP and 4x4 tours. You can even take kitesurf lessons!

It's a short walk to the beach which is nice! However bear in mind that laundry facilities are 11 bus stops away (not stated in the information), and the nearest shop is 3 stops (25mins walk). Also the 6 bed dorm is actually a 9 bed dorm, with no lockers. These issues aren't terrible but I think it should be advertised so people are aware of what they are booking. The staff are kind and helpful and the kitchen and bathrooms are clean and looked after

I wanted to love this hostel but the atmosphere was lacking, the hostel was extremely noisy at night and if events were being held the kitchen was closed, only allowing you to pay for food or nothing at all. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms fairly clean. The staff were ok, though I found it difficult to communicate. I ended up leaving early as I was moved out of my room at 10:30pm because they wanted to give it to someone else. The other dorm was crazy small with guests & staff.
