The hotel is located in the historical centre of Venice between Campo SanTom and Campo Santa Barnaba, one of the most interesting areas of Venice, E FEW STEPS from Campo Santa Margherita and the moste famous bar of the city, at 2 minutes from university, one minute from San Tom stop,5 minutes from The Accademia.
The rooms are well cared for and kept up on a regular maintenance schedule.
Week- end minimum stay 2 nights cancellation are accepted 76 hours before you arrival date.
