If notice of cancellation via email is given 3 days before arrival a refund will be given. non-refundable bookings are no refundable from time of booking. If card details are invalid or declined we can not secure the booking, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative card. Early luggage drop off is welcome.

I stayed in room 104 , and this probably the wordt room ever. I saw the other rooms and they looked ok, but this was the worst room ever. I know this was cheap, but the smell was horible, i didnt fit on the bed and it was really dirty, AVOID

Room was disgusting. They were painting and colouring in grout with black marker so trying to freshen the place up but would have been better cleaning the rooms properly. The floor was disgusting. I couldn’t walk barefoot in my room and there were nail clippings on the floor. The sheets seemed clean but for a burn mark. I don’t care about small outdated spaces if rooms smell, look and feel clean. Stayed 1 night and avoided showers as bathroom was gross. I could go on but am out of characters.
