Hostal Elim was built refurbishing a house over 100 years old, using materials typical of the area, as adove, mud, straw, beams chañar and carob also in its ornamentation shows ceramics, jugs, fruit and utensils used by our ancestors. Other services offered are parking, laundry service, Internet access, beautiful green areas, hammock area. Additionally you can learn something else about the cuisine of our Atacama Desert. An important part of our breakfast is made with typical foods of San Pedro area, such as carrot, chañar and quinoa cakes, and pear, quince and apple natural juices.

Hostal Elim is located in the town of San Pedro de Atacama, in this town you can find the museum Padre Gustavo Le Paige, where the vestiges of the Atacama culture likan antai shown. You can also find archaeological ruins such as the pukara Kitor and the village of Tulor, in addition to the above you can find natural attractions such as the are the lagoon Cejar, lagoon muscanti and Miñique, lagoon ojos del salado, Tebenquiche lagoon, Puritama therm, salar de Atacama, salar de Tara, valley of the moon, rainbow valley, geysers of Tatio, likancabur volcano Lascar volcano, Jurique volcano, Toco volcano, incahuasi.

Our rooms are built using materials typical Atacama desert, as is the adove (clay with straw), as well as the chañar native woods and carob woods and reused. All rooms are spacious and comfortable, also have private bathrooms, warm water with solar thermal and central heating.
