I stayed one night in a room with a double bunk. Adequate storage. Everything worked but there were no cups for the tea and coffee. It was clean and quiet and that's what I wanted. As for location - reasonably close to the beach and not too long a walk to the main street of town.

Stayed in the lodge it was dark, grotty, smelt, noisey, felt like a halfway house. Room small no water supplied so had to get water from lodge main bathroom. My partner accidentally used the womans bathroom and the lodge cleaner went ballistic, could have handled it so much more professionally, it was an honest mistake the hallway so dark we didn't see the sign. Room should have been $50 unfortunately it was alot more than that. Place gross you deserve better, avoid.

The Ithaca Manor & Motel is a beautiful heritage building, close to the beach and to everything in Busselton. My room was well equipped, though the male shared bathroom and shower could use a bit of maintenance – but couldn’t we all? Nothing dramatic. The common room was adequately equipped with drinking water, kettles and cutlery. The lady at reception felt a little superficial, which explains why some reviewers were unhappy. Still, the charm of the building outweighs the negatives sides.
