When you request to leave your luggage before check-in, it is possible only from 8:00 to 23:00.
2. Check-out time: by 10:00
3. Reception hour: from 8:00 to 23:00
4. Payment: credit cards (Visa, Master, JCB, and Amex)
5. Cancellation policy:
　　(1) 4 days(or more) before Arrival Date: free
　　(2) 3 days before Arrival Date: 100% of the whole accommodation fee
　　(3) on the day or No Show: 100% of the whole accommodation fee
6. Age restriction:
　　・Private room with shared bathroom: available for 3 years old and up
　　・Private room with private room: No age restriction
　　・Dormitory room: available for 16 years old and up
　　・A parent or guardian’s consent form is required for minors (16 - 18 years old) when they stay without those over 18 years old.
7. No smoking in the room.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. Breakfast is not included.
10. Tax is included in the price. (Accommodation tax is NOT included.)
11. Late arrival (after 23:00) will be charged ¥1,000 as 'Late Check-in'. Please request in advance.

Overall the hostel isn’t bad but it isn’t great. We stayed in a private room that had an ensuite shower. The toilet for the floor was separate. There was only one single toilet for the entire floor. There is also no proper sink, hand soap, mirror of vanity. We had to brush our teeth the shower. The hostel is also right next to a massive intersection that has busy traffic all night. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and it was clean but would not stay here again.

Pretty great. Only real issue is for the private rooms the doors aren't completely closed on the bottom so sound privacy is the only issue but other than that it's a nice hostel, the top floor is chill and you're not far from the train. I'd definitely stay here again. Me and my girlfriend had a good time

We were staying in a private dorm, which was very loud due to the noise from the highway. It is a great hostel if you can sleep through everything, but not ideal if you want to get good hours of sleep.
