Altamira Mazunte is a hillside hotel on Camino a Punta Cometa with panoramic Pacific views, an outdoor swimming pool and a Mexican restaurant. The property is reached by the upper vehicular entrance. A pedestrian stairway of approximately 150 steps leads toward Rinconcito beach.

All rooms are private and have a private bathroom. Depending on the category, rooms have air conditioning or a fan. Wi-Fi is available in common areas only. Guests have free parking, daily housekeeping and luggage storage. The restaurant is normally open from 08:00 to 14:00, with extended service until 21:00 in high season. Reception is open from 07:00 to 22:00 and there is a night watchman.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Breakfast is not included. One pet is accepted per room for MXN 300 per night. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Payment is accepted by cash, card or bank transfer. Taxes are included.

Please note: the rustic double rooms and Bungalow Sierra have a fan and do not have hot water. Follow the directions to the upper entrance if arriving by vehicle.
