The Ocean Villa has 6 deluxe double rooms with private bathrooms each room comes with a king bed mosquito net wardrobe working space and mirror. Equipped kitchen and beautiful small garden steps to Ocean view terrace where you can enjoy meals and drinks watching amazing Indian ocean and greeny mountains.
We are located next to the beautiful quiet surf spot called maddawatta if you are a surfer or if you like to get this marvelous opportunity we have different sizes of surfboards and we have surf lessons for budget prices all trainers are well experienced.
We also have two big luxurious studios and a duplex apartment with an Ocean view.

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
