Hostal Tawri offers comfort, views of the lake, mountains and gardens from the rooms and a pleasant stay enjoying nature.

We are on the Isla del Sol that is in Lake Titicaca that has several archaeological sites and beautiful viewpoints where you could enjoy everything.

The rooms have breakfast included either in the garden or the dining room of the hostel.

Hostal Tawri is a super cute and cozy Hostal! We stayed two nights in a two-bed room, enjoyed the beautiful island and got a pancake breakfast from the hostel. The owners helped us with every question, made us tea and even brought us back to the mainland (they were going themselves and had some space). It was very quite when we were there, not many other guests. The walk up to the village and the hostel is a bit exhausting, but everything is up there and easy to reach from the hostel.

I enjoyed my days at Hostel Tawri. Be aware it’s more a B&B than a hostel like most places at the island. The owner who runs the place is very helpful despite a language barrier. I was expected to pay double price. I assume this was because of a mistake between the owner and Hostelworld. I would therefore recommend to confirm the price at check in.
