I enjoyed my days at Hostel Tawri. Be aware it’s more a B&B than a hostel like most places at the island. The owner who runs the place is very helpful despite a language barrier. I was expected to pay double price. I assume this was because of a mistake between the owner and Hostelworld. I would therefore recommend to confirm the price at check in.

Really lovely place. Gorgeous views over the lake. No wifi when we were there but you are in a fairly remote place. Breakfast was amazing and everyone was super friendly. Would recommend

Great place to stay! The owner was so lovely. Perfect location, close to the restaurants and the port. Room was so nice and cosy, best nights sleep I’ve had in 2 months of travelling!!
