The Hosteria Cotopaxi Tour is located in Lasso Centro-Cotopaxi Ecuador. Formerly a hacienda, it is said that General Eloy Alfaro used to rest with his horses in the hacienda when he returned to Quito, the capital of Ecuador. Years later the property passed to new owners and became an inn.
