Welcome to Simple Stay Nice!

Simple Stay is located in the very center of Nice: 450 m from Nice Ville train station, 350 m from the nearest tram stop, and only 20 m from the electric bus stop. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main attractions are all within walking distance, including Avenue Jean Médecin, Place Masséna, the Old Town (Vieux Nice), and the beach.

Accommodation

We offer private studios and rooms for 2, 3, or 5 guests — an excellent option for travelers, couples, families, and small groups.

Accommodation types vary:

Some rooms and studios feature a private bathroom with a toilet and shower.
In other rooms, the toilet and shower are shared and located on the floor.

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Amenities

Free Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour building access via electronic key card are available in all accommodation types.

Cleaning is carried out every 3 days during your stay.

For guests’ safety, common areas are monitored by 24-hour video surveillance.

For guests arriving by car, paid public parking is available nearby. Free parking spaces can also be found within walking distance of the building.

Simple Stay offers affordable, clean, and comfortable accommodation in the center of Nice, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the French Riviera.

Important: when making a reservation, you must provide an email address or phone number to which the self check-in instructions will be sent.

Check-in: from 15:00 to 23:00.
Check-out: until 11:00.

Policies

Payment Policy:
The full reservation amount is paid through the Hostelworld platform. Payment on site is not accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the check-in date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged.

Good stuff: the host was friendly and eager to make me comfortable. Building is classical French city style. A/C worked well. Views out of the window were nice. ‘Could be better’ stuff: I found it depressing, when I came in, and once I entered the room I wished I were somewhere else and hadn’t paid already. I woke up depressed as the facilities were just in such need of uograding. My sheets & pillow case had actual stains on them so I used my sleeping bag. For the price it’s a bit much.
