Definition of a 48-hour cancellation: You must cancel before midnight two days before your arrival.
For example, if your reservation is for April 24, to cancel without charge, you must cancel before 11:59 pm on April 22.
If you cancel after this time, your reservation will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Non-refundable rate: a prepayment corresponding to the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
Standard Rate: A prepayment corresponding to the full cost of the stay may be charged to your credit card at any time before your arrival.
The price includes tourist tax (€0.80 per person per night - €1.07 from 01/01/2025).
Non-smoking establishment: smoking in the rooms is forbidden. Any costs incurred to deodorize the room will be charged to you (€100 per person).

If you wish to extend your stay, please notify reception no later than 11 a.m. on the day of your scheduled departure. In the event of a late extension, a charge will be made for restoring the room to its original condition (€5 incl. VAT).

Reservations for minors under 16 traveling alone are not accepted. Minors under 16 traveling with their parents are only allowed in private dormitories or private rooms.

Stay of maximum 7 nights autorised

Minors aged 16 to 18 must be accompanied by a signed authorization from their parents and a copy of the signing parent's ID.

The Staff at SLO were all lovely! I slept in the 4 person, the 6 person and the 8 person bedrooms and I honestly slept best in the 8 person bedroom in the “coffin style” bed! The bathrooms could honestly be cleaner and most of the times I used the toilets they did not have toilet paper. 🧻

The staff were generally good, except for the evening staff member on August 3, who couldn't find my passport that I had given to the staff earlier for safekeeping, and responded defensively rather than reassuring me and focusing on finding it. Luckily it was eventually found, in the safe (he hadn't looked hard enough initially). The hostel is very clean, nice facilities, but they could probably do more to help people meet each other. Great location. They were very helpful with bed selection.
