Cancellation Policy: 1 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

The hotel will contact the guests to request payment of 50% of the accommodation cost via bank transfer within a maximum of 2 hours. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in cash, by credit or debit card, or via bank transfer.
Taxes not included: Sales Tax - 19% per sales tax.
Taxes not included: Service Fee - 12000 COP per person per night.
Breakfast included in the stay, with eggs prepared to your liking: scrambled, scrambled with onion and tomato, or fried, served with arepa, butter, and a hot beverage.
