CANCELLATION POLICY
Flexible Reservations: Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 2 days before arrival. Cancellations and no-shows made beyond that time will result in the total price of the reservation fee.

Non-Refundable Reservations: If you cancel, modify the booking, or don't show up, the fee will be the total price of the reservation.


PAYMENTS
Payments will be processed and debited from the authorised credit card. If the charge is declined, the reservation may be cancelled.

Flexible Reservations: The full amount of the stay (with taxes) will be charged anytime after 2 days before arrival.

Non-Refundable Reservations: The full amount of the stay (with taxes) can be charged anytime after booking confirmation.



CITY TAX (NOT INCLUDED)
All taxes are included, except for city tax
City Tax is 4 EUR per person, per night



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Saturdays operate with self-check-in. You will get all instructions by email after your booking is confirmed (if not, please contact us by email)
