General policies & Things to Note
1. Payment policy:
-Deposit: 15% from the total of the reservation will be charge upon booking and this amount is non-refundable.
-Balance: An outstanding balance will be charged 3 days before arrival.
2. Cancellation policy: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
3. Check-in time: Standard check-in time is 15.00 hrs., If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to store your luggage at the front desk.
4. Check-out time: Standard check-out time is 12.00 hrs., late check-out request is subject to room available and additional cost may apply.
5. Check-in is at a different location. Kindly proceed to Saturdays Residence, where our staff are available 24 hours.
6. Child policy: One child under 12 years old stay free with parents (sharing bed, no extra bedding provided).
7. Age Restriction: The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old.
8. Accessibility: Please be informed that there is no lift or elevator in the property.
9. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premisses.
10. No smoking in the room and communal area.
11. The price options are available with or without breakfast included.
