Welcome to Niyama Stay & Cowork Cafe, a tropical stay in central Ahangama designed for solo travelers, surfers, digital nomads, and anyone looking for the perfect balance between productivity, connection, and coastal life.

Located on Pokuna Road in central Ahangama, Niyama is tucked away from the noise of the main road while still being within short walking distance of surf beaches, cafés, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. It’s the best of both worlds — peaceful, leafy surroundings when you want to relax, with Ahangama’s social scene just a short walk away.

Ahangama is known for its surf breaks, tropical beaches, and laid-back coastal lifestyle. Spend your mornings catching waves or exploring nearby surf spots, then settle into our dedicated cowork café when it’s time to get some work done. Backup power helps keep you connected and productive during local power interruptions.

When you're not working or surfing, relax in our social spaces, meet fellow travelers over freshly brewed coffee, and share stories and plans for your next Sri Lankan adventure.
