My short break in Hanoi its been very comfortable at Luxury Hotel, very clean place and super professional and friendly staff always ready to help you out with any need you may need. I really recommend this Hotel.

Excellent service, clean, and fantastic location!!! Everything was awesome. Only complaint is that the beds were not incredibly comfortable BUT they do have nice blackout curtains and personal fans/lights. Thank you!!!

Great value. Clean rooms. There were some mosquitos in the rooms and bathroom, so you may get bit some and might have to use spray in the rooms. Each bed has a fan, light, charging outlet, curtains. Towels available with deposit. Elevator so you don’t have to climb stairs :) Shower is combined with the bathroom faucet and isn’t the best but it works and has hot water. Alex and Hachu are very friendly, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. They made the stay more enjoyable :)
