Bad hostel! Sheets were stained and dirty, room had dust everywhere, no bin, no towels provided, told me to get my own toilet roll, no hot water. Not a pleasent experience and staff weren’t helpful

Simple, good value for money, staff were good and I felt safe (door locked etc) sheets were a bit stained and bathroom wasn't very clean but very liveable! Happy with the stay and we booked another night after the first.

Got placed in the incorrect room so requested a move which may explain the issues faced, but seemed the room hadn’t been lived in in a long time: all taps ran out black water/gunk for a minute after first use, the toilet didn’t flush & no hot water. Staff are nice but speak very little English so couldn’t communicate this to them. The wifi didn’t reach the room & no access to the safe or soap/toilet paper/towels as promised. But this could just be because they unexpectedly moved our room?
