Staff very helpful, even giving advice on the city. Rooms and facility clean. I arrived at 4am due to a bus delay and was able to check in without any problems

The front desk man (sorry I forgot his name) was incredibly welcoming and kind. I was here pre carnaval and people were social. There’s big lockers under the bed to put your things. They let me leave my things after checkout and overall were very attentive and welcoming. Told me I could stop by at any point afterwards to hang out. The only issue I had is that there was water in the bathroom floor and they told me they were aware of the issue but didn’t do anything about it which was annoying.
