A beautiful hostel surrounded by the forest. The common area in the patio with sofas and chairs is very beautiful and relaxing. I appreciated the kitchen and the bunk beds with curtains in the dorm.

Great-looking hostel and relaxed atmosphere. Comfy and overall very clean to be in the middle of the wilderness in Mindo. However, not the best service: when we arrived an old lady received us at the reception and she had no idea of our reservation, nor she offered us any explanation of how the hostel works/which services are provided, she did not want to make us pay separately and she refused to show us on the map where we were located exactly....quite embarrassing

My brothers and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cinnamon house! The first thing that stood out to us was the beauty of the place. We loved how plants were woven into the architecture, and how natural light was utilized in the main room. Our dorm room was a little crowded with ten beds, and few bathrooms for everyone, but the staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved the community.
