The staff was super kind and the place was clean and comfortable. The room had a lot of light, a desk and a chair so it was comfortable even to work. The only issue is the noise as the hostel is in the probably two most noisy streets of koh tao. Even with veery good earbuds you felt like you were inside the bar downstairs. You are surrounded by bars all with different music..sometimes even karaoke so not ideal. It's a pity cause the staff was really some of the kindest I have met.

The balcony door does not close properly so the music from the clubs next door is extremely loud. The ensuite bathroom smells like mould and showers are not cleaned properly. However the staff at the bar were very friendly. I would recommend coming here for drinks but not to stay overnight.

The property and neighbouring properties were playing extremely loud music, every night until 4am which is simply unacceptable. The security door between the public bar and the accomodation was left open by staff, even when I closed it multiple times; same goes for the hallway glass doors on each floor that are there to reduce the noise. No shower gel/shampoo/drinking water provided.
