Il Terrace Hostel & Lounge Bar a Shkoder è apprezzato per la sua posizione eccellente e centrale, vicino alla stazione degli autobus e alla via pedonale. The location is right on the promenade so very close to many restaurants and shops. Bus station is an arm's throw away Staff was friendly. The use of the laundry machine was a little confusing (did not realize you need to reserve) but that was fine once we got it sorted. The bar upstairs was a nice touch. Breakfast is included but we did not give ourselves enough time to check it out. Not much of a social atmosphere but it is clean and easy to find.

No running water. Music playing until 1am from the terrace upstairs so no chance of sleeping until then.

Very central location (couldn’t get any more central), rooms are clean and big kitchen, as well as a nice terrace. Not the most social when I went as not long open.
