Great location right in the city centre, but unfortunately the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. You can hear everything, including tables and chairs being moved early in the morning. No code for the main entrance and no keys for the room doors. Breakfast is very basic (2 slices of bread, cheese and an egg), with no hot drinks. The kitchen is poorly equipped and not very clean. Only 2 bathrooms for many beds, and they were very dirty in the evening.

The location is right on the promenade so very close to many restaurants and shops. Bus station is an arm's throw away Staff was friendly. The use of the laundry machine was a little confusing (did not realize you need to reserve) but that was fine once we got it sorted. The bar upstairs was a nice touch. Breakfast is included but we did not give ourselves enough time to check it out. Not much of a social atmosphere but it is clean and easy to find.
