1) Check-in 14.00-23.45
2) Check out before 12:00 noon
3) Reception working hours: 08:00-23:59
4) Payment on Arrival: Credit card **Passport or 500 baht is required as a deposit for all guests staying with us.**
5) Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more before date of arrival, will receive a 100% refund
6) Breakfast is NOT included
7) No smoking in room, but we have a smoking area
8) We normally only accept guests between the ages of 18-35 years old
9) No guests are allowed into hostel rooms that have not been checked in with a valid passport.
10) Pets are not allowed.
11) We are a PARTY place: we do our best to control the dorms at all times, but at times there are drunk people, loud people, make sure you're cool with this before booking.
