We have lockers to store your belongings for free when you book any tour with us, after check out storage for an aditional cost

Impronta-Huella Policy and Conditions:
We need to contact you prior arrival to confirm your checa in time approximately. In case you don´t answer our call or email, we can cancel your booking.
Cancellation Policy: 1 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 20:00 please advise your check in hour aproximately (for late check in after 8pm ask for a method to pay and get the access code)
Check out before 11.00 am

Payment upon arrival by cash
Taxes not included. 12 % VAT + 10 % Guatemalan Tourist Taxes

Kitchen available for guest use during stay hours from the chech in 3pm to before check out at 11am. If you need to cook after check out , it is posible with a small surcharge of Q50

Showers after check out also can be used with an additional cost Q50
