Welcome to your home away from home. We provide you with a nice experience at a hostel price. We have private rooms and dorms, some outdoor and indoor meeting areas such as a lounge, wifi throughout the place, fully equipped kitchen for your meals, unlimited filtered water for safe drinking, and a private bathroom.

We have lockers to store your belongings when you leave any tour if you have purchased with us at no additional cost. Each room has different furniture for your comfort, family rooms with a double bed and a bunk bed with two single beds, rooms for two people with a single double bed or two single beds, mixed dormitory with shared bathroom and single bed.

Laundry service is available at a cost of $1 per pound or a full load of 15 pounds for $10.
Tours to the different Volcanoes, Acatenango, Pacaya. Beaches like El Paredon, tour to Antigua and Lake Atitlan villages, shuttle to Chichicastenango market, Lake Atitlan villages, shuttle to Flores Peten, Tikal, day or night, shuttle to Semuc Champey among others.

Impronta-Huella Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 10: 00 to 19:30
Check out before 11.00 am
Please indicate your arrival time in advance.

Payment upon arrival by cash ,credit and debit card
Taxes not included. 12 % VAT + 10 % Guatemalan Tourist Taxes.

Reception from 10.00 to 21.00 (If you wish to check in late, you must request it in advance and with surcharge )
Kitchen available for guest use during stay hours, after hours with a small surcharge. After check out Q25 to use the kitchen
You can check in after check-in at any time you wish without any restriction, only in silence so as not to disturb other guests who are already resting.
We accept children only in private rooms accompanied by their families.
Non-smoking rooms and common areas. We have a small terrace where you can smoke
Pets are allowed in this property with prior notice and if kept in their room accompanied by their owner.
