I had a really good stay at Demank House. The room was big, clean and cosy, with AC and a nice view above their garden from the balcony. Not always hot water in the bathroom, but wasn't a problem because of hot temperature outside. Breakfast very good, served directly on the balcony out of the room, and they all were so nice and gentle. The homestay is 10 minutes walking from the center, far enough from the noise of the traffic. Highly recommended!

this hostel basically became my home in Ubud I ended up staying here for so long. Perfect location. Nice private room. Not social for meeting people, but that suits me very well. staff were so helpful. Comfortable room. nice balcony

Nice room, average bathoroom. Breakfast has to be ordered the day before check-in, otherwise you might miss it the first morning. Got the wrong room from what I ordered, which also was towards the street, with a lot if traffic noice. Was suggested to book a room at another place, owned bybthe same host, which was more expencive when I checked. However, the room I first tried to book seemed to be available still on booking sites.
