The owner is a charming and erudite fellow who enjoys the company of people from around the world and learning about different cultures. He has a professional diving license, and has previously worked at the local information centre. If there is anything you need to know about the island, even if it is about the variety of fish in the sea, he is the guy you should go to. If you want to book for day trips or water sports, there is plenty helpful information that he can give you.

The city centre is about 15-20 minutes away by car. There is a rental shop just around the corner where scooters can be rented, or alternatively, the bus stop is a few steps away (literally) which also goes to the city centre.

The hostel is equipped with a range of facilities including a well-equipped kitchen, a sitting room with an LCD screen TV that also includes English language channels such as HBO and Discovery channel, a dining room and a wide selection of free teas and coffees. There is a public computer for everyone to use and the whole building has access to free WiFi.
