This was a great stay! They are the nicest family. We thought it was a "homestay-light"; you are at their home but it feels much more like a hostel. They care about your stay and make you feel very comfortable but you still have your own room and privacy. We really liked it here and not only extended our stay but we would stay again. Highly recommend. She had a room open up and got us checked in early. Food is great.

Not only was this the nicest place we’ve stayed in Southeast Asia, it was maybe the nicest place we’ve ever stayed anywhere. When we got in, the owner immediately sat down with us and brought us water and helped us plan our activities in Ninh Binh. She upgraded our room for free because she had a nicer room available, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The street is so quiet and peaceful, but a quick motor bike ride to Tam Coc or nearby sights. Highly recommend!!!
