- 3€ city tax per person per night not included
- Linen are available for rent at €5 per stay. For sanitary reasons, bedsheets are necessary and we kindly seek your understanding on that. Pillows and blankets are provided.
- After check-out, the luggage storage will cost 5€ for the whole day.

our place is Venetian house with characteristic high-ceilinged rooms and imponent balconies.

Completely renovated in 2008, the Locanda is placed in the most quite and discreet 'sestiere' of Venice, near the main points of interest and shopping: it will only take you a bridge to get to san marco square and short walk to riato bridge. A few steps away from here, boats depart from the Fondamenta Nuove landing to the charming lagoon islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello and 10 minuts from san servolo iland.
