This is a 90sqm light apartment, with balcony in the front and terrace in the back, located in a 1st floor, in the middle of the cultural part of Raval neighbourhood, 200m from CCCB & MACBA and 500m from Las Ramblas & Plaza Catalunya (central square). Street with reduced access to cars, so very quiet. Ideal location for who likes the underground culture. Lots of music shops, libraries, cultural bars around.
It has 3 rooms. two of them very big, and one very small :)
One room has a double bed and a single sofa bed: the room with the terrace.
The room with the balcony has 2 single beds and a double sofa bed.
The third room it has a single sofa bed.
By rooms we just rent the big rooms, for 2 or 3 persons.
The entire place is when you book for 6 persons.

It has free WIFI (form June, until June modem USB). Washing machine. Fully kitchen, with electric burners and oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, and kitchen stuff. Includes coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar...
Hot water all the time.
1 Bathroom with bath tube + 1 toilet
Includes hair-dryer & towels.
Ventilators and heating.
We prefer families, but also are welcome groups of people who respect the neighbors and take care of the flat, of course.
