This hostel is very basic and rustic but I genuinely really liked it and for the price I had no complaints. Friendly staff and nice common spaces including the rooftop which is a bit ramshackle but a really good large space to hang out. Good location near train station, free breakfast and $7 valley of the kings tour was excellent value. Would be very happy to stay again if I ever return to Luxor
