部屋のごみ箱にコンドームが。共同トイレの鍵が閉まらない。朝食はナイス。スタッフは親切。

Thank you for the staff! They were kind and friendly. Especially, at the end of my travel, during some incident, that's a flight cancellation because of the weather, the staff were sooooo kind to me. Although they didn't have any room available, they kindly helped me to find another accommodation! Moreover, in the early morning, they helped me again to wake up my new front desk they have been asleep! Besides them, I love their restaurant. I surely choose here again when going to El Nido!!

I feel bad writing this because the owner was very lovely but the dorm was probably the dirtiest I’ve stayed in unfortunately:( we stayed two nights and had cockroaches in our room, ants in the beds and there were cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom also smelled super weird and wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. The owner mentioned that there had been rats a week prior and we heard them during the night which didn’t feel great.
