I spent a couple of great days in Eco Raizes. The place has a relaxed and homely atmosphere that is created by the ecological architecture of the hostel. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very delicious. Everyone I met there including the staff where really great people and we had a few good nights together cooking together or having a beer. The owner Denny tried everything to help me since I had forgotten to get money in Parnaiba and no one would accept a creditcard in Barra Grande.

I booked this hostel, thinking it was located in Barra Grande Bahia. unfortunately it is in another state. They should really make the clients aware of the diffrent Barra Grande
