The room was tiny with no window and it smelled awful, the bunks were of an incredibly low standard and creaked when any minor adjustment was made whilst in bed,. The staff were adequate, we had issues due to another guest being violent, loud, physically and verbally aggressive, the charging ports were awful. The toilets were just about usable, we left after a single night and are encouraging people to do the same. I cannot recommend this place less

Location is solid, close to supermarkets, the centre, museums, shops, and restaurants. That's where it ends. The place is untidy and dirty. Facilities are basic. During my stay, it was nearly empty. One guest in my shared room was loud, aggressive, and confrontational, and nothing was done about it. No curtains, no proper lighting. Zero privacy. Don't expect more than a bed in a good spot.

The staff is super friendly, the room is really clean, and the coffee is great. Essentially, the bedroom needs proper air circulation for a short time to keep it from feeling stuffy.
