The staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave me a map and walked me through all the fun spots in the area and how to get to them and get the best price at them. I rented a scooter through them very cheap and hassle free. And the room was comfortable and clean! It was a quiet hostel but on the walking street so you could find a more lively time easily if you want

could hear the music clearly at night, but the room was big. staff misled me about the sunrise tour, which was the reason i booked this hostel. straight after i booked i asked about it and they said i could take the tour, then the day before my booking (when it was too late to cancel) i whatsapped again and they informed me that it would not take place. i offered to pay for 2 people, but then the problem was the floods, and when i sent her a screenshot of earlier confirmation it was the # people

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and it is located in a central location but in a very quiet little street. Best of all is the friendly staff especially Lucy and Lily who are very helpful and always with a lovely smile.
