Overall fantastic. Great breakfast. Perfect location. Beds a little on the hard side and the doona was a bit small for tall people.

First the good stuff : Front desk staff ( especially Gen and Bishan ) were just great and super helpful. Location was superb - close to Shinsaibashi shopping street and 15 min walk to Namba Train Station. The cons - lack of lobby certainly killed the vibe and there was hardly any common area to meet other travellers. Also if you can, avoid the 12 bedded dorm - it's too cramped with hardly any room to move.
