Saquarema also offers its visitors several options of contact with nature. In its surroundings, still covered by the native Atlantic rain forest, are protected environmental areas, waterfalls and beautiful beaches of white sands, such as Arraial do Cabo, Búzios and Cabo Frio.
We are less than 300 meters from the beach of Itaúna, one of the best beaches for surfing in Brazil, whose waves have been chosen by WSL for its most important competitions. The beach has on one side the view of the N.S. Church of Nazareth and on the other the Lajes de Itaúna, and is also a charming and inviting space for a good bath of sea and sun.
It offers lodging options in both mixed dormitory as in private rooms for couples or families. All dorms and rooms have their own bathrooms, ceiling fans and individual spaces for luggage. The family oriented rooms have air conditioning. We have shared kitchen complete with microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, etc., in addition to a large barbecue and areas for hammocks.
